Omnys will be key player at SMAU with TWO EVENTS:
1. SPEECH: “MQTT: A PROTOCOL THAT MAKES POSSIBLE THE 'INTERNET OF THINGS"
A 50-minute workshop will take place on October 23rd, at 12:00 (Arena Trade - Pav.1); Davide Pozza, Omnys member and CTO, will present this speech focusing on MQTT protocol, which forms the basis on communication between Internet of Thing devices and the Network, describing characteristics, advantages and potentialities.

2. FINALIST AT DIGITAL INNOVATION AWARD
Omnys has got nomination in the Digital Innovation Award with the “Vicenzaoro - the boutique show” app, made for the event host by Fiera di Vicenza Spa, which is leader in the world in gold and jewlery sector.
The app, based on iBeacon technology, allows visitors to plan their visit before and during the fair event, to visualize all the exhibitor’s stands in a browsing map and to exchange messages (push notifications) directly to the exhibitors, in order to fix a business appointment.
Awards ceremony will take place on Friday, October 23rd, at 14:30 (PAV.2 - Room1)
