AWS Digital Customer Experience Competency recognition for OMNYS


[October 27, 2022] - OMNYS, an Advanced Consulting Partner of Amazon Web Services (AWS), today announced that it has achieved Digital Customer Experience Competency status from AWS. This important recognition underscores OMNYS' deep expertise in helping companies build digital solutions with a strong focus on customer experience, including: web and mobile applications designed to engage end users with the right digital experience, effective and secure B2B and B2C e-commerce solutions, and data analytics solutions to support decision making and build end customer loyalty.

In fact, OMNYS is able to implement end-to-end solutions that can support all phases of the entire customer/user lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.


The AWS Digital Customer Experience Competency award follows a months-long validation process in which internal and external AWS auditors analyzed OMNYS' case studies over the past 18 months, technical capabilities, and proven customer success, with a focus on e-commerce solutions, digital platforms, and consulting practices.

As a result, OMNYS is the first Italian company and one of the first in EMEA to achieve AWS Digital Customer Experience Competency status.
