For Arneg, Omnys designed and built a solution based on Machine Learning and Data Analytics to support Service management and predict the maintenance needs of customers worldwide.
Forecasting maintenance needs
The goal of the project was to develop a solution capable of predicting maintenance needs, turning available data into useful insights to anticipate interventions and improve Service management.
Using Machine Learning models makes it possible to analyze data and identify patterns useful for predicting customer needs, allowing for more timely and efficient interventions.
Amazon Forecast and Amazon SageMaker
To build the solution, Omnys used AWS’s Machine Learning and Data Analytics services, specifically Amazon Forecast and Amazon SageMaker.
The combination of these tools made it possible to develop an intelligent solution focused on forecasting maintenance needs, providing the Service team with useful information to optimize the management of interventions.
