Teuco Guzzini S.p.A.: a B2B and B2C platform in operation since 2002
Teuco is the leading company in Europe in the production of hydromassage baths and multifunction showers produced in methacrylate and tempered glass. The Teuco philosophy is based on the wellness culture, which is expressed through the high quality of its products and services offered, and also through the continuous innovation in design.
Omnys has participated in the design and implementation of the following platforms.
TOLS: The Teuco On-Line Service project arose with the intention of providing the company's Technical Support Centers , spread all over Italy, with information on clients, products sold and corresponding guarantees, maintenance interventions scheduling and order tracking in whatever location, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Call Center: It allows Teuco to manage “digitally” all support requests or information received all day long, by storing them in a centralised data-base. The web application allows the telephone calls received by a telephone operator to be tracked and analysed from the back-office.
TeucoShop: The Teuco e-commerce dedicated to the Wellness and Maintenance products. This new sales channel was also integrated with the Call Center. OMNYS supplied its consultancy for the analysis, development and integration with TOLS and Call Center.
In collaboration with its partner Simmetrica, OMNYS is involved in maintaining the whole IT system.
