Omnys is a supplier of Telecom Italia since 2004, with significant involvement in the most important “new media” projects of the Telephone Group.
Yalp!
The new Telecom Italia portal which replaces the RossoAlice portal. In particular Omnys (in collaboration with Matrix - Telecom Italia group) has been involved in the following activities:
- Orchestration of the contents publication workflow, based on ESB MULE.
- Flows integration with Alice Home TV.
- Evolution of the e-commerce engine.
- Development of web 2.0 tools (contents rating, comments, links to external blogs, socialbookmarking).
- Development of the portal Community platform, and integration with the Virgilio Community.
RossoAlice
Development of the business logic for the "RossoAlice" portal. Specifically Omnys produced all the integration logic between the different software components and the systems and external platforms:
- Management of the portal e-commerce engine with integration to the billing and payment systems, to CRM and to authentication system of Telecom Italia.
- Integration with the internal provisioning systems of tin.it and TIM.
- Development of some front-end portal models.
- Management of the multimedia content publication workflow.
- End-to-end management of the "Music" catalogue made up of about 1,500,000 items.
- Integration with external Content Providers.
Aliceadsl.fr
The Public Portal AliceADSL.fr is the first Telecom Italia portal dedicated to the supplying of the ADSL service abroad, and in particular in France. On this project Omnys worked on the development and management of the integration aspects with the various external systems, using the TIBCO platform.

On this project Omnys supplied its expertise for the development of the programming logic of the E-Commerce component for the entire structure of the Portal, offering a complete support for the project and covering the areas of technical project management, architecture & design and implementation.
