POSTEL
Ingrated modules in the EPS system and new POSTEL portal
Postel is Poste Italiane's Hybrid Electronic Post service which allows Companies to better manage, in terms of punctuality and efficiency, their mail deliveries, based on the idea of making documents travel by telematic means and transforming them into printed paper once arrived at their destination, respecting the personalisation (format, logos and signatures) requested by the sender.
OMNYS supplied its consultancy to Data Service Technologies for the development of some of the system modules regarding the letters delivery via Email and Fax, as well as for the development of the operator interface called SAT (Telematic Services and Accesses): an adminsitrative module of user management of the new Postel portal, based on the IBM WebSphere Portal platform.
