Confindustria Bergamo: new web portal online

Oct-3-2011 - Online the new Confindustria association web portal developed on CMS Platinum 4

Confindustria Bergamo, a representative organization of manufacturing and services enterprises of Bergamo area (Italy), has completely redesigned its web portal, which has been integrated with internal CRM system.

This project has been developed on Omnys’s CMS Platinum 4 platform, chosen by the Customer after an accurate business analysis, following the new and innovative communication guidelines.

The developed software architecture allows integration of the web portal with organization’s informational systems, especially CRM system. Services and information's contents are sent to the associates by interests profiles: Communications, Events, News, Invitations, Newsletter, Press release, depending on personal interests according to user profile.

One of the main objecties of Confindustria Bergamo was to reduce (and possibly substitute) “paper” and “out of target” communications.

Omnys designed and developed all software components architecture on CMS Platinum 4 platform with CRM system of Confindustria Bergamo integration.
