A Community platform for DeAgostini Editore

Jun-07-2010 - The new website about visual arts is online: from digital photography to manga comics

OMNYS and BANZAI Consulting have carried out the design and development of a Community platform for the European market concerned with DeAgostini's partworks and set-up of an E-Commerce platform.

The Community has been developed with the Drupal platform, with a methodology that allows to easily set up different vertical communities upon the main basic infrastructure, with each community for a specific theme. So far, the following vertical communities have been developed:

• "ArtCafè": A vertical Community www.artcafe.it about the visual art (digital photography, the drawing pleasure, comics, manga).
• "Fantasy": A vertical Community about the world of "Fantasy": writing and creation, in a collaborative way among the community users, of a fantasy world (romance, game, comics, etc.).
